Naga is the companion of Lina during the movies and OVAs.
She is an adventurer as the red-haired sorceress, she uses disproportionate spells and sometimes can't control them. She loves to show off and hinder the quiet life of Lina.

Seems to be the missing princess of the Kingdom of Saillune, so the sister of princess Amelia (a character who appears during the main series).
One day she appeared in front of Lina, declaring herself as her "biggest rival".

Details:

a unmistakable and annoying laugh, many calls it a terrifying sign of doom... she wears a very skimpy black costume that dares to * define a *dress* (it's the only memory of her mother). She has also a long sword that does not use.
